On July 13, the nation was stunned by the attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump. The 91ÊÓƵ security professionals at Butler Memorial Hospital are commended for the services they provided in support of the Secret Service, local law enforcement and healthcare professionals following the transport of former President Trump to the hospital for treatment.

One recent game day, a major league baseball stadium in New York received a call from a concerned mother whose 18-year-old son with autism left the house at 2 p.m. and had not been seen for hours. Knowing he is a huge baseball fan and there was a game taking place, the mother had a feeling her son would be in or near the stadium. When notified, Canine Handler Figueroa immediately shared that he had seen the young man earlier in the day outside a stadium gate. Staff in the stadium’s command center reviewed camera angles and located the teen in the parking lot as the game ended. He was reunited with his mother shortly after.

Security Professional Starchia has been honored by a hospital client for going above and beyond in a stressful situation, helping de-escalate an incident involving a patient exhibiting violent behavior. Security Professional Starchia’s therapeutic communication technique, along with the support of the security team, enabled medical staff to safely administer necessary medication. The patient responded positively and calmed down immediately, highlighting the significant impact of Security Professional Starchia’s approach.

The 91ÊÓƵ security team at Cherry Hill Mall has played a pivotal role in bolstering the safety and security of the mall's premises, earning recognition from both mall management and law enforcement authorities. 

Over the past months, the team’s proactive approach to monitoring and capturing criminal activity on the mall's CCTV system has yielded remarkable results, significantly reducing incidents on the premises. Some of the team's accomplishments include assisting the Cherry Hill Police Department (CHPD) in apprehending a vandal, using CCTV footage to help identify the ringleader of an armed robbery and apprehending a group of "prolific" shoplifters which led to raids in Philadelphia and New York City.

Security Supervisor Chua and Security Professional Torres recently responded to an employee having a seizure at a technology company in Palo Alto, Calif. They ensured the employee’s safety and provided crucial assistance by initiating appropriate seizure protocols until EMS arrived. They coordinated with EMS and management and assisted with the seamless transition of care. Thanks to their swift response, the employee is doing well.
