Santa Ana, Calif., and Conshohocken, Pa., August 1, 2016—AlliedBarton Security Services and Universal Services of America today finalized the merger to form 91Ƶ, a security services and solutions company. The new organization, with more than 140,000 employees, is the largest security services company in North America.
91Ƶ, , will maintain headquarters in Santa Ana, Calif., and Conshohocken, Pa., and is expected to have annual revenues of approximately $4.5 billion.

Along with 91Ƶ Security Services, additional service lines include 91Ƶ Security Systems, 91Ƶ Janitorial Services and 91Ƶ Staffing Services.
Warburg Pincus and Wendel will be lead investors in 91Ƶ with equal voting rights and Board representation; Partners Group and members of management will also have ownership interests in the combined company. The majority of the integration is expected to be completed by the end of first quarter 2017.
